Dale Carnegie Training features more than 2800 trainer/consultants in over 70 countries. Each has undergone at least 18 months of rigorous training to become certified in the Carnegie Process. Each is also required to take re-certification training annually. Don Crace
President

Don Crace is the President and Owner of Dale Carnegie Training Franchise covering the states of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, developed award winning sales and instructional teams for 26 years.

Don is a member of the Board of Directors for Franchisee Association, won Presidents Club Sales Awards in1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000, Won Presidents Cup 1991 and 1997, this award signifies quality and consistency in sales and course delivery. Member of Millennium Club since 2000 this indicates being top 20 in the world. Don delivers over 75 talks annually and is a certified Dale Carnegie Instructor.





Travis Daniel
Sales Manager

Travis Daniel is the local Sales Manager for Dale Carnegie Training in Bellevue, Washington. He partners with local companies to help them develop their employees to be more on purpose; giving them tools to learn at a faster rate than their competitors.

Travis currently works with Starbucks, GLY Construction, Woodinville Lumber, and Coffman Engineers. His role is to meet with customer decision makers to educate and motivate them to invest in their greatest asset - their people. He is also a certified Dale Carnegie Instructor.

Before Carnegie, Travis was Manager of Corporate Business Development for Cutter & Buck, a Seattle based Sportswear Company. During his tenure, he implemented the launch of their corporate sales website.

Travis is a graduate of the University of Idaho with a B.S. in Elementary Education. He has lived in France and raced on a French cycling team
UC Montataire.

Travis lives in Sammamish with his wife Carrie and young sons Aden and Evan. On weekends, Travis relaxes playing golf, playing with his Jack Russell Terrier, Gus, riding his bike and spending time with his family.





Nathan Czubaj
Training Consultant

Nathan Czubaj has instructed over 3,000 Boeing professionals in the Dale Carnegie Course. Through developing the people skills in highly technical individuals and allowing them the opportunity to develop new skills is an amazing success. Since 2002, thousands of Puget Sound aerospace industry employees have enjoyed the benefits of Dale Carnegie programs. Professionally, they have increased their productivity and overall effectiveness on the job. It's no wonder there is a disproportionate percentage of Dale Carnegie Graduates that receive promotions and raises. Personally, graduates are living happier, more satisfied lives focusing on being more intentional and deliberate outside of work.





Nikki Kloeppel
Training Consultant

Nikki has worked with over 1100 employees at Microsoft providing weekly presentations and workshops focused on developing performance shifts such as; becoming more effective; coaching and mentoring effectively; improving communication and presentation skills; strengthening leadership and influence skills, increasing passion; improving relationships with coworkers, customers, clients and family; and reducing worry and stress and improving quality of life. Her mission is to "spread joy."

Nikki recently facilitated a customized course for advancement of women and under represented minorities. Alain Peracca, Finance Executive Diversity Sponsor of the program for 35 managers said, "By every measure this was a phenomenal success, with 80% of participants strongly agreeing this course made a direct impact on their professional development and 90% reporting they are more likely now to stay at Microsoft and pursue additional opportunities as a result of this course."

In 2004, Nikki was ranked #2 training consultant in North America and #7 in the World out of 2500 people. She has won awards each of the last 6 years, recognized at the international convention. A career highlight was inviting and introducing Microsoft COO Kevin Turner as key note speaker at the 2006 Dale Carnegie International Convention in front of 800 people. Additional presentations include Microsoft Asian Pacific Leadership Development Conference, Microsoft Women's Conference, and Project Management Institute.





Krista Lewis
Training Consultant

Krista Lewis is a seasoned professional in the area of sales, employee development and training. She supports organizations in facilitating change and uses a blend of accelerated learning techniques as she teaches employees to lead, supervise, build teams, manage conflict, communicate effectively, make presentations, assert themselves and create winning customer service.

Currently, Krista is a trainer and consultant for Crace Inc, the licensed sponsor of Dale Carnegie Training in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. She works closely with Microsoft Business Division and the Server & Tools Division, identifying and determining their training needs. Her responsibilities include helping create professional development opportunities for current and future leaders at Microsoft. Krista has graduated over 300 Dale Carnegie participants from companies all over the Puget Sound Area.





Holly Briscoe
Training Consultant

As a Training Consultant for Dale Carnegie, Holly Briscoe works with companies to help capitalize on their strongest asset - their people.

Dale Carnegie Training allows individuals the opportunity to develop necessary skill sets to reach their maximum potential. By taking creativity, passion and the drive to help people reach their desired outcomes enables us to empower individuals and organizations to see major break throughs!

As a certified Dale Carnegie Trainer she works with companies in the Puget Sound Area to reach their goals, enhance relationships, inspire through enthusiasm and gain willing cooperation. In today's professional world we are all looking for ways to separate ourselves and excel to the next level.

Holly Briscoe brings 8 years of Sales & Marketing experience with a bachelor degree from the University of Portland. In her free time she enjoys all that the beautiful northwest has to offer including snowboarding, hiking and all the outdoors have to offer. Meanwhile enjoys spending time with her family and friends!





Marshall Macy
Area Manager, South Sound

Marsh is the Area Manager for the South Sound, serving South King, Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap, Lewis counties, and points west. Marsh first became a certified Dale Carnegie Trainer while working for the Bureau of Prisons in Long Beach, California over 17 years ago. Because the Bureau moved him all over the country, he has had the privilege of working with three different Dale Carnegie sponsorships. He has helped companies enhance relationships, inspire through enthusiasm, and gain willing cooperation as he moved with his career with the Bureau. He first started with Crace Inc. as a trainer when the Bureau of Prisons transferred him to the Seattle area in 1997. He became an Area Manger when he retired from the Bureau in 1998.

Marsh has over 35 years of leadership and management experience. He is a proud Coast Guard Vietnam era veteran. He started with the Bureau of Prisons in 1970 as a Physician Assistant. He has a two Bachelor degrees, one in Business Administration, and one in Behavioral Sciences. Marsh did graduate studies in criminology at Florida State University and received his Masters Degree from the University of Miami. His prison experience includes developing and overseeing the health services systems for Washington State, Arkansas, and Maryland Departments of Corrections, as well as the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Marshall and his wife Debbie have two children living at home in Olympia and two older sons, one in Olympia and one in Wales, UK.
